This is the vision – and theme – for International Women's Day 2022, observed on March 8 during Women's History Month. #BreakTheBias is a call to action, a reminder that it's on each of us to help create a gender-equal world. The theme reminds us that individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender-equal world.
